Mr. Yoshinori Doi- Chief Consultant of the Grant Assistance for Grass- Roots Human Security Projects, of the Embassy of Japan visited the Tobago Emergency Management Agency today 11th June 2015.

This is in relation to the Grant Assistance for Grass Roots Human Security Projects.

Mr. Doi was given a brief history of the Agency as well as a tour of the Emergency Operations Centre, located at Fairfield Complex Bacolet Street, Scarborough Tobago.

One of the topics discussed was that  of Multi- Hazard early Warning Systems installed in the areas of Roxborough, Kendell and Argyle.
