As part of the Subject Matter Expert Exchange Program between the US Government and the Trinidad and Tobago Government.
Delegates travelled to the Federal Emergency Management Agency Region 3 Office located in Washington.
This trip gave an understanding of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Operations and Protocols involving the use of military in Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief. It also gave understanding of the Protocols involved in State Disaster Offices and the Federal Government.

These delegates also had the opportunity to view the Historical part of the capital as well as well as the Historical Naval Vessels.
