
In lead up to the climax of the carnival season, the regularly carded and much anticipated Inter-department Miss Personality and Calypso Competition is to be held on Thursday 09th, February, 2011 at the Dwight York Stadium. A Motorcade marking this event took place on Friday 3rd February 2012, starting from the Old Market Square- car park uptown and ended at the Esplanade on lower Milford Road, Scarborough. This motorcade portrayed the queens and king vying for the highly esteemed title of Inter-department Personality, through the streets of Scarborough on beautifully decorated vehicles.
The beautiful Miss Krystal Stewart- employed at the Tobago Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) as Secretary is the proud representative the Office of the Chief Secretary for the 2012 edition of this annual competition.
Mr. Rondell James will also represent the Office of the Chief Secretary in the Calypso Monarch competition. T.E.M.A wishes success to both representatives the Office of the Chief Secretary in this honourable venture.
