"Getting the right goods to the right place in the right condition at the right time at the right cost".
Overview:
Following the November Severe Weather Events in 2004, TEMA came to the conclusion that a logistical section was an imperative component in keeping with the principle of the Incident Command System and best practices.
Logistics plays a major role in getting the right goods to the right place in the right condition at the right time at the right cost. This involves the storage, distribution, documentation and accountability of the agency's resources.
Most of the daily aspects of TEMA's operation depend on Logistics. Therefore, in support of tactical operation, it is a valued tool of coordination.
