Located at Top Hill, Speyside, Windward Road, the Speyside CERT Center provides immediate emergency response and support to communities in the eastern region of Tobago.  Disaster preparedness and response efforts in these areas remain of paramount importance.  TEMA remains committed to coordinating an efficient and reliable emergency response service on the island of Tobago. 

The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program in Tobago allows trained persons to be better prepared to respond to an emergency situation in their communities. When emergencies occur, CERT Technicians can give critical support to first responders, provide immediate assistance to victims, and organize spontaneous volunteers at a disaster site. CERT members can also help with non-emergency projects that help improve the safety of the community.
